In one of the most historic nights in the history of Japanese professional wrestling, Antonio Inoki’s New Japan Pro Wrestling promotion presents its first-ever card, at Ota Ward Gym in Tokyo, Japan. In the main event of the historic card, Inoki would lose to the legendary “God of Wrestling” Karl Gotch.
